Why We Started Tote Baggs
Tote Baggs was started by Mubashir Aziz and Maryam Khan, a young couple who built this business from the ground up. Like many people, they faced real financial hardship during COVID, and that experience shaped what Tote Baggs is today: not just a bag brand, but a way to create work for local artisans and help them earn a fair, meaningful income from their craft. Every bag we sell supports that same goal — investing in the people who make them, so they can build something better for themselves and their families.
